This is my result - proof that the plan works!
In
this book you can find reports of five women who followed
the plan. Photos were taken on the first day, and again after
21 days. Lenie, Marian, Ingrid, Jeanet and Petra had a go.
And it was worth it - the results are pretty impressive. The
photos show the effects of the plan.
Something
many people will feel is an added advantage: you can also
lose weight during the 21-day diet. These women proved it
was possible. But, whereas when you diet you may get a drawn
look in your face, or hollow cheeks, this plan actually makes
your face smoother. The exercises and massages prevent your
skin from sagging. They train the muscles, which become shorter
and thicker, toning up the contours of the face. One of the
women had cellulite that was greatly reduced thanks to the
