Take
a little time for yourself
“I’d just gone through a turbulent period and you could tell:
my skin looked tired. I’ve been a client of Marjo’s for some
time
and she told me about the plan. The combination of eating healthy
food and taking care of your skin appealed to me.
I already watch what I eat and realise it’s good for my skin;
I could imagine it would be worth going a step further. Looking
back, I can say it really wasn’t diffi cult to stick to the
plan. For the best results, you must just take some time for
yourself
every day, with massages, exercises and a mask now and then.
It took a bit more time in the beginning, but it’s easy enough
to
fi t it in. So easy that I still stick to the regime. The plan
definitely came up to my expectations. My complexion is attractive
and
I no longer look weary. The shape of my face is a bit
different too, it’s firmer. The healthy food makes me feel good,
and when you feel good you look good. I’ve had lots of compliments.”

“After a week or so, I had a moment of weakness. I was so faint
from all the raw vegetables and tofu that I couldn’t resist a
delicious pizza! It eased my craving for something spicy. Marjo
took the point and I think the diet was relaxed a little in the
weekend. Since completing the programme, I’ve continued to eat
healthy food. The veggie-bag’s on the menu every day. Now and
then I have a small piece of meat and I couldn’t possibly abandon
my cup of coffee for ever. It was hard enough during the programme
not to give in to my longing for coffee. I do want to enjoy things
still. I’d defi nitely recommend the plan to other people, you
get more energy, get rid of toxins and your skin improves.
