With a little effort you can achieve a lot
Last year I visited Marjos practice for the fi rst
time, for a
complete skin lift. I was so pleased I kept in touch with her.
When Marjo told me about this book and asked if Id like
to take part in the programme, I immediately agreed. Shes
so enthusiastic and its infectious. I really trust her,
shes so
knowledgeable and shes helped me tremendously with her
tips, so I was curious to know what the plan would entail.
Also, Im in favour of the natural approach. You should
try
anything you can to improve your skin without artifi cial
intervention.
When I started the programme I was ill and that always
affects your skin. Even so, I soon saw results. The exercises
and massages really are amazing. Theyre so simple and
you
can do them anywhere. For instance, I practise in the car or
watching TV. At home, they die laughing at me because its
a hilarious sight, but I dont care. It cheers me up.

Easy to carry on
In the course of the programme I noticed my neck- and
jawline becoming firmer. Added to which, the general
condition of my skin has improved, it looks much fresher
and tighter. The programme has meant we eat less meat
and smaller helpings at our house. The meals are very
tasty. I already tried to avoid sugar; I notice I feel fi tter
if
I do, and I even lose weight as well. No, it wasnt hard
to
stick to the plan. I sometimes had diffi culty starting on
the veggie-bag in the mornings, but it gradually became
easier. And if I had the occasional weak moment and felt
like something sweet or a snack, I ate a rice wafer with a
little tomato puree, carrot or a slice of cucumber. That put
an end to the weakness! Now Ive finished the programme,
but I still do the exercises and massages - its easy to
carry
on with them. Ive adapted the menus a little with some
of my own recipes and a little more variation. All in all, the
plan really came up to my expectations. |
