always been interested in everything connected with
skin care and nutrition. How to look your very best without

I was very curious to know what she could tell me about
skin care, and I embarked on the plan mainly out of
curiosity. I didnt find it all that hard to stick to
the regime.
I already do a detox twice a year so I knew I could manage
something along those lines. Sometimes it was difficult
to fit the masks, massages and exercises into my daily
programme. If I got home late I didnt always have enough
energy to do them. But I caught up again the next morning.
I specially stopped smoking for the 21-day plan. It was my
second attempt, but I really have given it up now.

aware of what I eat
“People
usually think I’m ten years younger - and I’d like to stay that
way. To some extent it’s genetic, but it also helps if you watch
what you eat and take care of your skin. Obviously you can’t
expect miracles, but thanks to this plan you can clearly see
the difference. My skin looks much fresher. I didn’t eat a lot
of meat anyhow, but now even less - and it shows. I never really
liked raw vegetables, but I’m perfectly accustomed to them now.
I have been more aware of what I eat, and I don’t really enjoy
fast food any more. These days I eat tofu instead of meat, and
fresh vegetables every day. That suits me fine. Marjo also gives
you information on antioxidants; I watch out for them when selecting
food. If I had a night out, it wasn’t always easy to stay away
from alcohol. I had to stick to my guns and luckily I managed!
Now I don’t follow the plan to the letter, but I do stick to
the basics. It just happens to feel right.” |
